1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile platform, and all services provided by cuci222 ("Platform"). This document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user and cuci222 as the platform operator.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at cuci222. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed and all wins forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including:

• Full name as per official identification card
• Valid identification card or passport number
• Actual date of birth
• Active mobile number registered in Malaysia
• A valid and active email address

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your cuci222 account password confidential. All activity on your account — including bets placed and transactions made — is your responsibility. Please contact cuci222 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit

Cuci222 supports a variety of deposit methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and local Malaysian bank transfers. All deposits are processed instantly once payment is confirmed by the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for most payment methods.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits using another person's account are not permitted and may result in transaction rejection and further investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal

Every bonus received must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotional terms (typically between 10x and 30x the bonus value) before any withdrawal is permitted. 5.2 General Bonus Terms

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cuci222 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraud & Forgery: Using false information, fake documents, or another person's identity during registration or KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the cuci222 platform as a channel to transfer, conceal, or process proceeds from criminal activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games, particularly at poker tables or Live Casino.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using a VPN, or employing other methods to claim the same bonus more than once.

8Account Closure

8.1 Closure by Member

You may close your cuci222 account at any time without penalty. Contact our customer support team and your request will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method once verification is complete.

8.2 Closure by cuci222

Cuci222 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if:

• There is evidence of a breach of any section of these Terms.
• Account linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Member failed to provide the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• There is an instruction from the relevant authorities.

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, cuci222 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending investigation. Wins obtained through activities that violate these Terms are not eligible for withdrawal.

9Limitation of Liability

Cuci222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the cuci222 platform.
